Spectreasy setup - https://spectreasy.pages.dev/

Linux x86-64 with R 4.5 or 4.6. ARM Linux is not supported by this download.
Install R development headers, a C/C++ compiler, make, OpenSSL headers, and xdg-utils.
On Ubuntu/Debian: sudo apt install r-base-dev build-essential libssl-dev xdg-utils
Open a terminal in this folder and run: bash INSTALL_LINUX.sh
Setup creates a per-user application launcher and a Desktop shortcut where available.

Keep an internet connection during setup: required R packages come from CRAN/Bioconductor.
The verified Spectreasy package and matching interface are included in this download.
Setup finishes automatically and opens a local session in your default browser.
For later sessions, use the Desktop launcher or Open app at https://spectreasy.pages.dev/.
Your browser may ask permission to open the installed Spectreasy launcher.
Browser preferences determine whether the session opens in a new tab or window.
Analysis and FCS data stay on your computer; the installed interface works offline.
R is available at https://cran.r-project.org/. Windows is not supported by these downloads.
Rerun setup after removing or replacing the R installation used during setup.
